The hot spring’s source
This old photo shows the source of the hot springs looking to the southeast with the ridge of Blind Spring Hill silhouetted. The White Mountains can be seen faintly in the distance. This water has always been the intrinsic core of the town. The source produces about 900 gallons per minute of high quality water at 135 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
